After arguing the writ petition for some time, Mr. Babuji Tenneti, learned counsel, seeks permission of the court to withdraw the writ petition, with liberty to work out the grievances made through the representation dated 30.06.2017 before the respondents. The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn by granting liberty as prayed for. No order as to costs. Pending miscellaneous petitions if any in this writ petition shall stand dismissed in consequence.
