THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. VINOD KUMAR CONTEMPT CASE No. 61O of2022 ORDER:

1. This Contempt Case has been filed by the petitioner alleging non-compliance of the order dt. 15 02 '2022 1n IA.No.1 of 2022 in W.P.No.8O93 of 2022.

When the matter is taken up hearing, it is stated by the learned Government Pleader for Services-l appearing for respondents, that pursuant to the above said order, the respondents disposed of the appeal preferred by the petitioner vide Memo No'Spl/Secretary Peshi/2027-5P432, dt.30.06.2022. A copy of the said proceeding is served on the learned counsel for the petitioner in the Open Court' 3.

Learned Government Pleader further submits that though there has been some delay in implementing the above said order, the same is purely on account of administrative reasons and is neither wil1fu1 nor r,l'anton' 4.

Having regard to the fact that the respondents, though u,ith some delay, have complied r,vith the above order passed by this Court, leaving it open for the

petitioner to avail appropriate remedy against the order passed by the respondents, this Contempt Case is closed. No order as to costs.

Consequently, miscelianeous petitions pending if any shall stand closed.
