The petitioner in this public interest litigation (PIL) seeks direction to the 3rd respondent to constitute Hospital Development Committee for the 5th respondent - hospital, as per G.O.Ms.No.874, dated 27-12-2006.

We are informed that such a committee has been constituted vide order dated 29-06-2015 by the Collector and District Magistrate, East Godavari, Kakinada. The order constituting the committee is taken on record.

In the circumstances, nothing further survives in the PIL. It is accordingly disposed of.
