1 This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C to quash the proceedings against the petitioners/A.1 to A.3 in Cr.No.179 of 2014 on the file of Lingampeta Police Station, Nizamabad District. At the time of arguments, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that after completion of investigation, the investigating officer referred the matter as lack of evidence. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, no further orders need be passed in this petition. Accordingly this petition is closed. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending in this Criminal Petition, if any, shall stand closed.
