THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. VINOD KUMAR CONTEMPT CASE No. 6lL of 2022 ORDER:

1. This Contempt Case has been filed by the petitioner alleging non-compliance of the order dt.O2.O2.2022 in IA.No.l of 2022 in W.P.No.46O6 of 2022.

When the matter is taken up hearing, thc learned Government Pleader for Services-I appearing for respondents has placed before this Court copy of Memo No.Spl/Secretary Peshi/202 l-522, dL.O7.O7.2022, under the signature of the Secretary to Government, whereby it is stated that the appeal preferred by the petitioner was allowed and petitioner was found to be eligible for consideration in terms of G.O.Ms. No.317 cAD (SPP-I) Dept. dt. 06.12.2O2L, and Circular Memo No. 1655/ SPF.I / 2o2r -7, dt.23. t2.2O2t.

Learned Government Pleader further submits that though there has been some delay in implementing the above said order, the same is purely on account of administrative reasons and is neithcr willful nor wanton.

Having regard to the fact that the respondents, though with some delay, have complied with the above order passed by this Court, this Contempt Case is closed' Further, since the petitioner's case was found eligible for consideration, it is incumbent on the part of the District Collector and the District Educational Officer, concerned, to issue consequential proceedings, as expeditiously as possible. No order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending if any shall stand closed.
