THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.28170 of 2017 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration and Urban Development (Telangana) for respondent No.1, Sri N.Shok Kumar, learned Standing Counsel for respondent Nos.2 to 4 and Sri Pavan Kumar Agarwal, learned counsel for respondent No.5. 2.

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel that the appropriate authority for taking action on the representation said to have been submitted by the petitioner is Deputy Commissioner, Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation, Circle No.VI, Rajendra Nagar, Hyderabad, but the petitioner submitted the representation to the Town Planning Officer. It is further submitted by the learned Standing Counsel that if a fresh representation is made by the petitioner to the appropriate authority, the same will be considered and appropriate action will be taken in accordance with law.

Recording the said submission, the writ petition is disposed of, without expressing any opinion on the merits, keeping it open for the petitioner to submit a representation to the Deputy Commissioner, Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation, Circle No.VI, Rajendra Nagar, Hyderabad, along with supporting documents, within a period of one week from today, and if any such representation is made within the time stipulated, the same be considered and appropriate orders be passed in accordance with law within a period of two weeks thereafter, after hearing all the stake holders. Consequently,

miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
