HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT WRIT PETITION No.13879 of 2013 ORDER:

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of both the parties jointly state that the matter has been settled between both the parties and the respondents have agreed to pay an amount of Rs.23,00,000/- per acre under Packages 8 & 9. Learned counsel for the petitioners does not dispute the same and has drawn attention of this Court to the affidavit dated 09.08.2016 filed by D. Chandrasekhar-petitioner No.1, whereby stated that on 04.05.2016, respondents No.2 and 3 have negotiated with the petitioners and the other land owners in the presence of Minister for Information and Technology, and offered land value of Rs.23 lakhs per acre towards acquisition of land and to lay the new alignment vide Rc.No.A/2/2013, dated 26.07.2016. Accordingly, the present petition has become infructuous.

In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for both parties, this Writ petition is disposed of as settled out of the Court . No costs. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
