THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.2695 of 2017 ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition, under Section 115 C.P.C, is filed challenging the order, dated 03.05.2017, passed in E.A. No.115 of 2017 in E.P. No.32 of 2017 in O.S. No.2768 of 2016 by the IX Junior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad allowing the application and directing the Station House Officer of Asif Nagar P.S., to provide police aid to the Decree Holder/ Plaintiff with regard to the suit schedule property.

According to Sri K.Arun Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, the decree was an ex parte decree and it was set-aside on 20.06.2017 in I.A. No.302 of 2017, as such the question of providing police aid and further execution of decree does not arise.

Recording the submission of Sri K.Arun Kumar, learned counsel for petitioner, the Civil Revision Petition is allowed setting aside the order under challenge.
