Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, who submitted that the matter has become infructuous in view of the fact that O.P.No.1099 of 20'1 6 on the file of the Additional Family Court, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, was disposed of long back on 15.10.20'19 Hence, while recording the submission of the learned counsel for petitioner, this Transfer CttIP is dismissed as infructuous as no cause survives. No order as to costs.

Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand dismissed.
