THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI WRIT PETITION No.12236 of 2018 ORDER:

In this Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the grievance of the petitioner is in respect of non-registration of a crime on the report, dated 19.03.2018, lodged by the petitioner with the Station House Officer, Kothapet Police Station, Guntur Urban District/5th respondent herein.

2.

I have heard the submissions of Sri Syed Khader Mastan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, and of the learned Government Pleader for Home (A.P.), appearing for the respondents 1 to 5. I have perused the material record.

3.

At the hearing, learned Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, dated 16.04.2018, a copy of which is placed on record, would submit that a case in Crime No.89 of 2018 was registered for 'man missing', on the file of Old Guntur Police Station, Guntur Urban District, on 10.04.2018, at 19.00 hours. She would further submit that the contents of the report are that the husband of the petitioner is working in a Mobile Shop, located in Kothapet, Guntur, from last six years and that later, her husband was found missing from 12.03.2018.

4.

In view of the fact that the crime has already been registered, no further cause survives for adjudication in this writ petition. 5.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

MSRM, J W.P.No.12236 of 2018 Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
