HONOURABLE Dr. JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.1058 of 2017 ORDER :

Aggrieved by the order dated 12.01.2017 in Crl.M.P.No.702 of 2016 in M.C.No.81 of 2016 passed by the Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge for the trial of Jubilee Hills Car Bomb Blast Case-cumAdditional Family Court, Hyderabad, whereby respondent No.1 herein, who is wife of the petitioner was granted interim maintenance of Rs.10,000/ - p.m. from the date of petition, this revision is filed by the petitioner/ husband.

Heard before admission.

As it is only an interim measure and not final determination from the entitlement, no doubt, petitioner herein is working as Technical Support Specialist in GENPACT and drawing a handsome salary and it is his duty to produce what are his earnings in gross to award maintenance, without prejudice to the contest in the main matter, by not interfering with the order impugned. The lower Court is directed to dispose of the M.C., within three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

With the above direction, the Criminal Revision Case is disposed of.
