THE HONOURABLE Dr.JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO Criminal Petition No.2290 of 2014 ORDER :

The Criminal Petition is filed impugning the First Information Report registered under Sections 3 to 7 of Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act. In fact, from the submission of the learned Public Prosecutor in the course of investigation that the police included Section 370/ 370-A IPC and filed final report and the learned Sessions Judge taken cognizance and allotted Sessions Case No.116 of 2018.

Having regard to the above and from the stay earlier granted the same is extended for one month from today by closing the Criminal Petition giving liberty to impugn said cognizance order of the Sessions Judge from the police final report with part-II Case Diary. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
