HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT W.P.No.11287 OF 2015 ORDER:

Though the prayer has two facets, learned counsel for petitioners confines the prayer against the inaction in disposing of the representation dated 20.09.2014. I have perused the representation dated 20.09.2014.

Having regard to the circumstances of the case and eligibility criteria pointed out by the petitioners, this Court considers it appropriate to direct respondent No.6 to consider the representation and pass orders within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioners are given liberty to re-submit the representation by enclosing a copy of this order for timely decision.

The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, also stand disposed of.
