ORAL ORDER:

Grievance of the petitioner is that document presented for registration was rejected by the registering authority on 20.11.2017. Aggrieved by the same, petitioner claims to have preferred appeal on 18.12.2017 before the District Registrar. Alleging inaction on the said appeal, this writ petition is filed. Copy of the appeal is filed as Ex.P-3. Since petitioner claims that appeal is pending, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, writ petition is disposed of directing the District Registrar/second respondent to dispose of the appeal dated 18.12.2017 claims to have been filed by petitioner is received and is pending, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. No costs. Having regard to the same, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, are closed.
