THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE B. VIJAYSEN REDDY WRIT PETITION No.20199 of 2022 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

2.

A preliminary objection has been taken by learned Assistant Government Pleader that application of the petitioner was rejected vide endorsement No. D3/125/2022 dated 28.01.2022 of the Collector & District Magistrate, Wanaparthy District. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that as suggested by this Court, fresh representation dated 27.04.2022 is submitted and directions be issued to the District Collector to consider the said representation.

4.

However, it is submitted by learned Assistant Government Pleader that the petitioner cannot be permitted to file a fresh writ petition having not challenged the endorsement dated 28.01.2022. He has also pointed out that the reason for rejecting the application of the petitioner is that details furnished by the petitioner are not matching with the Register document/CARD data and the name of the seller is not reflected in pattadar column of dharani portal. 5.

In the opinion of this Court, unless the petitioner challenges endorsement dated 28.01.2022, he cannot be permitted to file a fresh writ petition.

6.

Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner is given liberty to challenge the endorsement dated 28.01.2022. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition shall stand closed.
