HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT W.P.No.12313_OF 2018 ORDER:

Heard Mr.S.Surendra Kumar for petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader (Revenue) for respondents 1 to 3. The petitioner prays for the following relief: "....this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction, more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring action of the respondents No.3 and 4 in interfering into petitioners peaceful possession and enjoyment of the patta land to an extent of Ac.0-76 Cents in Sy.No.130/2-3 situated in Nadikudi Village, Dachepalli Mandal, Guntur District without following due process of law is illegal, arbitrary, violation of the Article 14, 21 and 300 A of the Constitution of India and pass ...." Mr.Surendra Kumar contends that the name of petitioner was not incorporated in web land, despite submitting a detailed representation.

According to him, the officials belonging to revenue department visited the subject land, erected a board stating that the land belongs to Government, disconnected the power connection and threatened to dispossess the petitioner. Therefore, he prays for incorporation of name in web land. The Assistant Government Pleader submits that the petitioner, if files a representation before the Revenue Divisional Officer concerned, he will look into the grievance and pass orders expeditiously. The statement is placed on record.

(a) the petitioner is given liberty to represent to the Revenue Divisional Officer concerned by enclosing a copy of this order for incorporation of name in web land etc., within four weeks from today; and (b) the Revenue Divisional Officer considers the representation of the petitioner, affords opportunity to her to prove the genuineness of the documents and disposes of the representation as expeditiously as possible, preferably within three months from the date of receipt of representation.

The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
