Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.

Petitioner alleges that the four wheeler motor vehicle of Maruthi Company brand bearing registration No.TS 07 GV 2752 u,as seized with reference to Crime No.292 of 2O2O by the Station House Officer, Gachibowli Police Station, but so far the vehicle is not released and the same is kept in the Police Station. 3.

When the matter is taken up, learned Assistant Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that the vehicle was deposited in the Court of XII Additional Metropolitan Magistrate, Kukatpally on 15.09 .2020 . He therefore submits that as the vehicle is already deposited in the Court, the police can not release the vehicle. 4.

Having regard to this statement, by granting liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate application before the Court of XII Additional Metropolitan Magistrate, Kukatpally, to grant interim custody of the vehicle, the Writ Petition is disposed of. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
