HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION NO. 4348 of 2018 ORDER:

In this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, the petitioners/A2 to A4 seek to quash the proceedings in Crime No.14 of 2018 of Shahabad Police Station, which was registered for the offences under Sections 447, 427 & 504 r/w 34 IPC and Sections 3 (1) (r) (s) of SC/ST (POA) Act 1989. 2.

When the matter came up for hearing, learned Public Prosecutor produced the letter dated 11.4.2018 of Sub-Inspector of Police, Shabad Police Station, Cyberabad Commissionerate and submitted that in this case investigation was completed and charge sheet was filed on 28.02.2018 before the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Chevella and PRC No. is awaited and therefore, the petition which is filed to quash the proceedings in FIR No.14 of 2018 has become infructuous and hence the same may be dismissed.

In view of the above submission of learned Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as Infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
