THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.14541 OF 2019 O R D E R :

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents 4 to 7 in interfering with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the petitioner in respect of the agricultural land to an extent of Ac.4.00 in Sy.Nos.5/2 (Ac.1.00) and 79 AA/1 (Ac.3.00), situated in Narsapur Village, Annapureddypalli Mandal, Bhadradri, Kothagudem District. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that respondent police have not received any complaint from the petitioner; and that they have not interfered with the possession of the petitioner.

Nowhere in the writ affidavit it is stated that the petitioner has approached the respondent police seeking police protection. The case of the petitioner is that the respondent police are assisting respondents 6 and 7. But, the same is denied in the written instructions. Recording the aforesaid written instructions submitted by the learned Assistant Government Pleader, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent not to interfere with the possession of the petitioner. However, if still petitioner is aggrieved she can obtain appropriate orders from the concerned court and seek police protection. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
