The counsel for petitioner states that the respondents have considered the representation of petitioner and rejected the same, and that the said rejection has been assailed in another Writ Petition. 2.

In this view of the matter, I do not see any reason to proceed further with the Contempt Case.

Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this Contempt Case, shall stand closed.
