This Writ Petition is filed challenging the proceedings of the Deputy Commissioner, Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation, dated 01.07.2019.

When the matter is taken up, learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration and Urban Development produced notice, dated 17.07.2019, withdrawing the notice, dated 01.07.2019, impugned in the Writ Petition.

In view of the same, the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication and the Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed. Pending Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
