THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY Writ Petition No.7237 OF 2005 ORDER:

1 This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking a writ of certiorari calling for the records relating to the award in I.D.No.102 of 2001, dated 04.8.2003 on the file of Labour Court I, Hyderabad which was published on the notice Board of Labour Court, Hyderabad on 24.11.2003 through G.O.RT.No.2080, Labour Employment Training and Factories (Lab.I) Department, dated 04.11.2003, and to declare the same as illegal, arbitrary and consequentially to quash the said award.

2 During the pendency of the writ petition, the first respondent died. In spite of conditional order passed by this Court, legal representatives of the first respondent were not brought on record. In that view of the matter, no purpose will be served by keeping the matter pending. 3 Hence the writ petition is dismissed. No order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions if any pending in this writ petition shall stand dismissed.
