This Criminal Petition is filed by 'the petitioners \ /accused Nos. 1 to 3, to quash the proceedings against them in FIR No.277 of 2017, pending on the Iile of Shadnagar Police Station, Cyberabad, Ranga Reddy District.

Considering the submission of Iearned counsel for the petitioners and keeping in view that the FIR is of the year, 2017, t!:,e police are directed to conclude the investigation without arresting the petitioners herein. Since the case is based on documentary evidence, the police shall consider the explanation given by the petitioners and also the genuinity of documents in question
