This petition is filed to withdraw OP.No.1238 of 2014 from Family Court, Ranga Reddy District and transfer the same to Senior Civil Judge, Addanki, Prakasam District.

Wife filed this application and according to her affidavit, her marriage was performed on 11.3.2009 with the respondent and they lived happily till 2010 and thereafter due to harassment they are living separately. She stated that she filed O.P.No.34 of 2014 before Senior Civil Judge, Addanki for divorce and subsequent to that respondent herein filed O.P.No.1238 of 2014 before Family Court, Ranga Reddy for restitution of conjugal rights. She stated that the distance between Family Court, Ranga Reddy and her native village is nearly 330 kms and that both places are not connected by direct train and she has to catch a train at Guntur to reach Hyderabad. She further stated that it is difficult for her to travel with a minor child, aged about 5 years, who was admitted in Addanki school and that she has no financial capacity to travel from Addanki to Ranga Reddy. She also stated that there is danger to her life from respondent and for these reasons, she prayed for transfer of said O.P. from Family Court, Ranga Reddy to Senior Civil Judge, Addanki.

Respondent inspite of service of notice neither appeared in person, nor through any advocate.

Heard advocate for petitioner.

Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit and also considering the convenience of wife, OP.No.1238 of 2014 is withdrawn from Family Court, Ranga Reddy and transferred to Senior Civil Judge, Addanki, Prakasam District

to be tried along with OP No.34 of 2014.
