THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.17637 of 2011 ORDER :

This writ petition is filed to declare the action of the 1st respondent vide his order in R.P.No.D1/2340/2008 dated 22.06.2010 by confirming the order dated 25.01.2008 passed by the 2nd respondent vide his proceedings in No.C/3484/2007 ordered for correction of entries in the revenue records in favour of the unofficial respondents, in place of names of the petitioners which were mutated in guntas and Sy.No.294/2 to an extent of Ac.7.04 guntas, total to an extent of Ac.10-00 gts., situated at Puppalaguda Village fields, Rajendranagar Mandal, Rangareddy District, as arbitrary, illegal and violation of rights guaranteed under Article 14, 19(1) (g) and 300-A of the Constitution of India and consequently to set aside the said proceedings and to direct the respondents 4 to 9 to approach the civil Court for their title.

2. When the matter was listed on 15.02.2016 there was no representation on behalf of the petitioners and hence the matter was posted for dismissal today.

3. Inspite of the matter listing under the caption "For dismissal", today also there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners in the morning and in the afternoon.
