When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that since the respondent-Corporation has withdrawn the impugned order, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication. In view of the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
