HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT WRIT PETITION No. 25678 of 2003 ORDER: (per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Dilip B. Bhosale) Learned counsel for the petitioner does not press this writ petition and seeks liberty to the petitioner to approach the concerned authority for refund of the amount as prayed for in prayer clause 'b' of the writ petition.

Writ petition is disposed of as not pressed with liberty as prayed. If the petitioner approaches the concerned authority for refund/recovery of the amount, the concerned authority may deal with the petitioner's representation in accordance with law.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, also stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
