This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for the following relief:

"To issue a Writ, Order or direction more in the nature of Writ of Mandamus by declaring the impugned order No. 112/7617/97-FF(HC), dt 19-06-2007 of the first respondent and consequential Order No. PAO/P&M/MHA/FF./272-75, dt 02-07-2007 of the fifth respondent, keeping the petitioners pension under temporary suspension is illegal, arbitrary and violation of Arts. 14 & 21 and principles of Natural Justice and consequently set a side the same."

When the matter is take up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner as also the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents that the issue in the writ petition is squarely covered by the orders of this Court passed in W.P.No.14799 of 2009, dated 02.12.2014 and a copy of the same is placed on record. Paragraph 8 of the said order reads as under: "8. For the aforesaid reasons, the writ petition is allowed and the impugned proceedings vide letter No.4566 (24) FF-1/2009 dated 23.04.2009 of the State Government is hereby set aside. Further, it is declared that the said recommendations cannot form the basis for initiating any action against the petitioner. However, it is open for the respondent-authorities to hold enquiry after giving notice and opportunity of being heard to the petitioner. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs."

Following the above said judgment and for the reasons recorded therein, the writ petition is disposed in terms thereof. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
