Though in this writ petition, petitioner has assailed the initiation of disciplinary proceedings, which are pending before the 3rd respondent - Tribunal for Disciplinary proceedings, Telangana State, Hyderabad, pursuant to Lr.No.1693/Tr. (S & V)/2/2016 dated 25.11.2016 of 1st respondent, learned counsel for the petitioner says writ petition can be disposed off with a direction to complete the inquiry within certain time frame, as the alleged charge pertains to the year of 2013.
Heard the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services. Having regard to the submissions of the learned counsel, without expressing any opinion on merits, writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the 1st respondent to conclude the disciplinary proceedings in accordance with law, and pass appropriate orders, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
