This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondent No.3 in not registering a case, basing on the petition filed by the petitioner vide petition No.3 of 2019, dt.02.07.2019 on the file of Kataram Police station, Kataram Mandal, Jayashankar district. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that basing on the complaint of the petitioner dt.02.07.2019, a case in Crime No.160/2019 was registered under Sections 504, 506 r/w/s.34 IPC, after obtaining prior permission from the concerned Court.

Learned counsel for the petitioner does not disputes the same and states that no further orders are required to be passed in the writ petition. Recording the aforesaid submissions of both the counsel, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
