This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the 4th respondent in not registering FIR on the complaint dt.22.06.2019 lodged by the 2nd petitioner against respondent Nos.5 to 8. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home basing on the written instructions of Sub-Inspector of Police, Kosigi Police Station, Mahabubnagar District, dt.22.07.2019, submits that in pursuance to the complaint lodged by petitioner No.2, a case was registered in Crime No.131/2019, under Sections 448, 323, 384, 504 and 506, read with 34 IPC, on the file of Kosigi Police Station on 19.07.2019; and that the same is under investigation.

Recording the aforesaid written instructions, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
