The present Contempt Case is filed alleging disobedience to the order passed by this Court in I.A.No.1 of 2022 in W.P.No.75BB of 2022, dt.1t.02.2022.

Learned Government Pleader for Services I submits that the respondents have now complied with the above said order of this Coutt, vide Memo No. Spl./Secretary Peshi/202 1-SP456, dt.14.07 .2022 disposing the case of the petitioner, though with some delay, and a copy of the said N{emo is placed on record of this Couft, and therefore, prays for closure of the contempt case.

Learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute the said fact. 4.

Having regard to the fact that the above order of this Court has been complied with by the respondents, and the said fact has been agreed by the learned counsel for the petitioner, there is no disobedience, much less willful disobedience, to the order of this Court, on the part of the respondents. 5.

Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed.
