THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.635 of 2016 ORDER:

Learned Government Pleader produced a copy of Proceeding No.1931/2015/A3-VTS dated 30.04.2016 of the District Panchayat Officer whereby the cheque drawing power of the petitioner is restored in consequence to the direction of this Court. In that view of the matter, no further orders are required to be passed in the Contempt Case.

Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed.
