When the matter is taken up for consideration, learned standing counsel produced proceedings of the Commissioner, AP CRDA & CA, Vijayawada dated 18.08.2015, rejecting the request of the petitioner, copy of which is served to the counsel for petitioner today. In view of the same, writ petition do not survive. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to work out her remedies as available in law.
