ORDER:

This writ petition is filed alleging that respondents are trying to interfere in peaceful possession and enjoyment of land bearing plot No.46, admeasuring 300 square yards in Survey Nos.81 and 115 of Munganoor Village, Abdullapurmet Mandal, Ranga Reddy District. Alleging illegal interference by respondents, this writ petition is filed. 2.

In the written instructions furnished to the learned Assistant Government Pleader, Tahsildar states that land in Sy.Nos.18 and 115 of Munganoor village is classified as patta land reflecting the names of various persons in pattedar and possessor columns and Government is no way concerned with the said lands and Government Officials are not interfering with the possession of subject land. 3.

In view of the same, apprehension expressed by learned counsel for petitioner that respondents are interfering with peaceful possession and enjoyment of land is ill-founded. Writ Petition is dismissed. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
