This writ petition is filed alleging that Singareni Collieries Company Limited is undertaking illegal construction in Survey No.589 of Jangam Shivar without obtaining valid building permission and the same is illegal.

When the matter is taken up, learned standing counsel for Ramagundam Municipality produced a copy of the permission to construct compound wall granted on 25.03.2019 and submits that the construction activity is taken up pursuant to the said permission granted. He also submits that petitioners filed O.S.No.17 of 2017 pending on the file of the VI Additional District Judge, Jangaon, praying to grant injunction against the respondent - company and interlocutory orders were passed in the said suit.

In view of granting of building permission, the Writ Petition is dismissed leaving it open to the petitioners to pursue the remedies including the pending suit. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
