THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.10555 of 2015 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings dated 12.08.2015 in Crl.M.P.No.136 of 2015 in Criminal Appeal No.686 of 2015 on the file of XIII Additional District & Sessions Judge, Ranga Reddy District, at L.B.Nagar.

At the time of arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner has sought permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the criminal petition with a liberty to file a petition before the appellate Court for extension of time. Permission is granted.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to the petitioner to file a petition before the appellate Court seeking extension of time.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
