Petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C praying that in the circumstances stated in the Memorandum of Grounds of Criminal Petition, the High Court may be pleased to a) Quash the FIR in Crime No. 192 of 2020 dated '10/09/2020 lor an alleged offence under Sections 420, 406 and 427 IPC registered in the lodged at Bhavaninagar Police Station, Hyderabad.

b) Consequently, quash the Complaint filed on 1010912020 by the 2nd respondent on the file of Hon'ble Vlll Additional Chief Metropolitan [Vlagistrate, Hyderabad. c) grant such other relief.
