When the matter was called on 11.07.2017, there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the Registry was directed to list the matter under the caption 'for dismissal'.

2. Today also, there is no representation for the petitioner. Despite providing time to file Study Certificate of the petitioner, so as to know his status of education, there is no response.

3. Therefore, the present Criminal Petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
