THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.29299 of 2015 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed challenging the order dated 22.08.2015 passed during the pendency of 6-A case before the second respondent. 2.

The learned Government Pleader, on the basis of written instructions, submits that pursuant to the impugned order, the seized stock was already disposed of and the sale proceeds were remitted to the Government account through challan No.14291 dated 11.09.2015. He further submits that the petitioner was issued a show cause notice on 24.08.2015 and no explanation was submitted by the petitioner. The authorization of the petitioner was cancelled by the Revenue Divisional Officer, Adilabad, by his proceedings dated 28.08.2015.

3. In view of the above facts, the writ petition has become infructuous and the same is accordingly dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
