This Petition has been filed for quashing the proceedings in Crime No., 24 of 2012 on the file of Ulindakonda Police Station, Kurnool District. Learned Public Prosecutor has pointedly drawn my attention to the fact that the petitioner - accused has been acquitted on 21.04.2014 in C.C. No. 15 of 2013 on the file of the Special Mobile Court, Kurnool. In that view of the matter, no further orders are needed to be passed in this case. Hence, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
