HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S. RAVI KUMAR SECOND APPEAL No.419 of 2014 JUDGMENT:

Advocate for appellants represented that the parties have taken away the record with no objection on Vakalath requested that notice may be ordered to appellants. The appellants filed this appeal through advocate and when the record was taken away from the advocate, it is look out of the parties to engage new advocate or prosecute the case in person and it is not for the Court to secure their presence by way of issuing notice.

Therefore, request of Advocate Sri Ramamohan Mahadeva is refused. As the appellants are not represented by any counsel this second appeal is dismissed for nonprosecution.

2. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
