THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY Writ Petition No.28534 of 2016 JUDGMENT:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in trying to remove the petitioner's dealership influenced by the local political leaders without issuing notice and not following the procedure and clause 24 of APPDS (Control) orders 2008 as illegal and arbitrary.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the writ petition.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
