This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a Writ of Mandamus declaring the proceedings of the District Industries Promotion Committee (D.I.P.C.) Meeting held on 28.09.2015 instructing the online departments concerned not to process application of the unit for approval, as illegal and arbitrary.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the writ petition.

Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
