THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S. RAVI KUMAR CRP No.916 of 2012 ORDER:

This revision is preferred challenging orders dated 06-01-2012 in I.A.No.466/2011 in O.S.No.38/1994 on the file of V Additional Senior Civil Judge at Vijayawada whereunder the trial Court allowed I.A.No.466/2011 directing recall of D.Ws.1 to 3.

2. This Court, on 02-03-2012 directed revision petitioner to take personal notice through registered post with acknowledgement due

and file proof of service into the Registry.

3. Advocate representing revision petitioner submitted that order dated 02-03-2012 is complied with and the notices are not served. But no such proof is filed into Court in spite of direction given by this Court on 02-03-2012. He sought further time to comply with the order dated 02-03-2012. I am not inclined to grant any further time as the revision was filed in the year 2012 and having obtained stay of all further proceedings of lower Court, the revision petitioner has not evinced any interest in complying the order of this Court.

4. Therefore, the revision is dismissed for non-compliance of the order dated 02-03-2012. No costs.
