This matter is pending for the last 16 years. On 06.09.2022 it was represented that one of the appellants died and for taking steps to bring on record the legal representatives the matter underwent several adjournments. So far, no such steps have been taken by the learned counsel for the appellants. Furthermore, the appeal was already dismissed for default as against the respondent Nos. 2 to 4 for not taking necessary steps by the appellants.

Hence, the appeal stands dismissed for default. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous applications, if any, pending shall stand closed.
