CVNR,J &DVSS, J Judgment: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This appeal is filed against award and decree dated 18.01.2018 in L.A.O.P.No.555 of 2008 on the file of the XIII Additional District Judge, Gajuwaka, Visakhapatnam, whereby he enhanced the compensation from Rs.4,50,769/- per acre to Rs.6,00,000/- per acre, in addition to the statutory benefits.

At the hearing, the learned Government Pleader for Appeals (AP), submitted that L.A.A.S.Nos.75 of 2018 and 76 of 2018 filed questioning the orders and awards which are identical to that questioned in this appeal, were dismissed by this Court by order dated 25.04.2018.

Following the said judgment, this appeal is also dismissed, with a direction that the reasons contained therein, shall form part of this order.

As a sequel to the dismissal of the appeal, miscellaneous applications if any, stand dismissed.
