Vide present petition, the petitioner/ A.1 seeks a direction, thereby to enlarge him on bail in Cr.No.103 of 2016 PS Annavaram, East Godavari District, registered for the offences under Sections 8(c) read with 20(B)(ii)(C) of NDPS Act.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

Keeping in view the quantity of ganja i.e., 100 kgs received from the petitioner, Section 37 of NDPS Act, comes in to play. Hence, I find no merits in the present case.
