This Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed challenging the order, dated 18.06.2013, passed in I.A.No.332 of 2013 in O.S. No.888 of 2011 by the I Additional Senior Civil Judge, Vijayawada, wherein, the petition filed Order XVIII Rule 17 read with Section 151 C.P.C to recall PW.2 for cross examination but the petition was dismissed.

As per the information received by this Court through e-courts website, the original suit was disposed of on 22.07.2013 by the trial Court, thereby no cause survives in the revision.
