No representation for petitioner in the forenoon as well as in the afternoon.

The petitioner complains inaction of respondents in entrusting the work pursuant to proceedings No.157/ CDP/ KLRP/ 2012-13-MQ, dated 16.07.2012 as illegal and arbitrary.

On 08.10.2012, this Court directed respondents not to deviate from procedure in entrusting the subject work. With the passage of time, this Court is of the view that the petitioner is not interested in working out the prayer. The writ petition fails and accordingly dismissed. No order as to costs.
